• 3+ years as tech lead for a high-performing data team.
• 5+ years working in data pipeline orchestration & DWH design, with 3+ years using dbt.
• 5+ years architecting & developing a cloud data warehouse.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for analytics and data workflows.
• Expert level knowledge of SQL.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the company's long-term data strategy.
• Lead development of complex transform projects and architect data models.
• Mentor analytics engineers and support product analysts' growth.
• Ensure data quality and improve pipeline observability.
• Oversee disaster recovery plans and maintain security policies.
