Requirements:

• 3+ years as tech lead for a high-performing data team.
• 5+ years in data pipeline orchestration and data warehouse design, with 3+ years of experience using dbt.
• Extensive experience architecting and developing cloud data warehouses for business use cases.
• Advanced Python knowledge for analytics and automation.
• Expert level SQL knowledge.
• Experience scaling the modern data stack and implementing operational processes.
• Knowledge of adjacent technologies such as Terraform, NoSQL, and Airflow.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute Bluecore’s long-term data strategy aligning with client impact and business goals.
• Lead development of complex transform projects to create essential data assets.
• Architect and develop data models and ETL/ELT processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies for scaling data pipelines.
• Manage cost-saving initiatives and oversee data infrastructure expenses.
• Mentor analytics engineers and enhance data quality and maturity.
