Business Analyst - QA Specialist

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role with understanding of business processes.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing (manual and automated) focused on web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Lead testing efforts and execute comprehensive test plans based on technical requirements.
• Develop and perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and provide regular status updates.
