Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or 1-3 years of HR generalist/coordinator experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of principles of Human Resources and local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Preferred experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries.
• Deliver timely guidance and support to team members via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate and resolve team member inquiries, providing personalized support.
• Manage key team member lifecycle processes, including Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Insurance.
• Ensure personnel files meet confidentiality and retention guidelines.
• Participate in special projects for the People Team.
