- 4+ years of related marketing experience in shopper marketing, digital marketing, and/or eCommerce.
- Digital expertise with key retailers and platforms such as Instacart.
- Experience with key digital metrics and paid search.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Remarkable attention to detail.
- Mastery of Microsoft tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Genuine passion for improving childhood nutrition.
- Lead annual planning for shopper marketing, including budget allocations and media plans.

- Support DTC initiatives and oversee content management.
