Requirements:

• 7+ years in a formal DevOps role.
• Ability to navigate work in an early-stage company by multi-tasking and driving multiple projects forward.
• Strong desire to automate policies, processes, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear documentation.
• Experience with building, configuring, and deploying applications to AWS.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Ruby, Rails, and familiarity with software engineering practices.

Responsibilities:

• Focus on enhancing efficiency and reliability of software development and deployment processes.
• Work on automating configuration management, implementing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and monitoring system performance.
• Establish best practices and standards, provide support to engineers and customer success, evaluate Terraform structures, manage key metrics reporting, and collaborate with the engineering team for continuous improvement.
