Responsibilities:

• Manage Logical’s entire recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and understand role requirements.
• Source and attract high-quality candidates using various tools and platforms.
• Conduct in-depth phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process for a seamless experience.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers about the process and pipeline progress.
• Create compelling job postings aligned with the employer brand.
• Provide documented candidate evaluations to support hiring decisions.
