Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience creating customer facing deliverables.
  • Strong editorial skills.
  • BA/BS in technical communication or a related discipline or at least five years of experience writing complex documentation for web-based software.
  • Experience in writing feature/functional documentation.
  • Expertise in content/learning development tools like Google Suite, Zendesk, Adobe, Rise/Articulate 360.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop extensive product knowledge through using the software and comprehending existing documentation.
  • Work with product managers, product marketing, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation.
  • Support the Simpplr Training and Content Manager in developing new training material for delivery.
  • Prioritize content needs with Simpplr Customer Success and Product teams.
  • Manage content library and version control.
  • Develop scripts and integrate those scripts into modules with the Training and Content Manager.
  • Compile best practice data and draft content deliverables for review.
  • Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.
