Proven track record of hiring exceptional talent in competitive markets, ideally within the crypto, fintech, or tech startup ecosystems.
Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, with strong skills in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where adaptability and prioritization are key.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across Engineering, Product, and Design, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient processes.
Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, train on best hiring practices, and develop tailored strategies.
Build and manage pipelines of top-tier talent, ensuring timely progress and visibility into hiring metrics.
Develop employer branding initiatives to position Eigen Labs as the employer of choice in the crypto space.
