Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–6+ years in technical program management, with experience in multi-team environments.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical architecture.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor.
• Highly motivated and organized.
• Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High-quality noise-canceling headset.
• High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet.
• High-speed computer with a working webcam must also have a backup computer.
• A quiet working environment free of outside noise.

Responsibilities:

• Align technical projects with business goals, balancing competing priorities.
• Create and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and track progress.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across departments.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
• Guide technical discussions and design reviews to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
• Streamline workflows and promote best practices.
