Requirements:

• 7+ years' Clinical Project Management experience within a CRO setting preferred.
• University/College degree in Life Sciences is preferred.
• Experience managing oncology studies is required.
• Thorough knowledge of project management processes and budget management.
• Demonstrated experience managing and/or leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to travel when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of clinical trials from start-up through closeout activities.
• Directs technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to secure successful completion.
• Works with major functional area leads to identify fundamental issues, interpret complex data, and ensure solutions are implemented.
• Ensures all project deliverables meet time, quality, and cost expectations.
