Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, sales strategy, enterprise finance, business transformation, or roles that require analytical thinking.
  • 3+ years working in the area of value realization.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Strong consulting skill set including discovery, analysis, quantitative modeling, presentation, persuasion, and project leadership skills.
  • Experience in creating and delivering compelling presentations with quantitative analyses.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to execute end-to-end programs.
  • Demonstrated creativity for new initiatives and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or financial field or equivalent work experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Background in the SaaS technology marketplace is preferable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the understanding and conveying of the unique capabilities and value of the Dynatrace platform and how it drives business outcomes.
  • Work directly with internal partners (Sales, Customer Success, Services, and Marketing) and external collaborators (customers, partners).
  • Identify and conduct value realization studies and baselines.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions, proposals, and business cases, tracking post-sales benefit realization with Dynatrace's largest customers.
  • Drive sales team enablement through engaging discovery interviews with IT teams.
  • Track global opportunities utilizing value realization and provide feedback to improve strategy.
  • Help author value models and frameworks for additional business value opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver training material in conjunction with sales enablement.
  • Work independently, collaborate cross-functionally and lead initiatives to enhance global practice.
  • Travel to customer sites averaging 25%-35% of time.
