⏳ Experience: 4+ years

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Diagnosis Technician.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • ASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4-ADAS) are mandatory.
  • Prior experience diagnosing and repairing High Voltage (HV) systems and Electric Vehicle powertrains is necessary.
  • Experience in luxury automobile repair environments is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary DMS software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the Field Engineering Team regarding vehicle diagnosis.
  • EPA 609 Certification is required.
  • Willingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire.
  • A valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year.
Responsibilities:
  • Confidently repair electro-mechanical issues and perform diagnostics.
  • Train and assist Associate Service Technicians and Service Technicians with HV systems and electrical vehicle powertrains.
  • Maintain a high knowledge level of high voltage, low voltage, and general electric vehicle systems.
  • Problem-solve Technical and Process-flow issues.
  • Follow correct repair order documentation procedures.
  • Document all customer vehicle interactions using appropriate software.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with service team members and customers.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and create positive client experiences.
  • Support mobile service team as needed.
