Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional work experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of coaching experience or 1 year plus a coaching certification.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Internet speed of 50 mbps required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely with strong computer skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Implement core coaching competencies to inspire and support members throughout their lifestyle journey.
• Engage, support, and retain members by establishing strong rapport and demonstrating empathy.
• Ensure quality member experiences across various channels.
• Handle inbound member calls in a professional, timely manner.
• Assist members with tasks such as responding to inquiries and processing account updates.
• Identify members’ needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders.
• Personalize the program by setting relevant, achievable goals.
• Utilize key engagement metrics to support member achievement.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of member interactions.
