Requirements:

• US Citizenship.
• Current Top-Secret clearance.
• 1+ years experience reviewing cases on the IC contracts.
• 1+ years experience ensuring cases meet customer requirements.
• 1+ years experience submitting cases for final review.
• 1+ years experience communicating with field staff regarding case issues.
• High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Responsibilities:

• Reviews federal background investigations cases utilizing a computer reporting system.
• Ensures cases are complete and meet customer requirements before submission for final review.
• Communicates with field staff regarding case issues.
• Assists with quality audits and provides training for new employees.
• Maintains knowledge of relevant terminology, policies, and procedures.
• Assists the field investigations unit in reworking deficient cases.
• Researches information online as needed.
• Reviews reports for contract compliance and submits rebuttals on deficient notices.
• Tracks trends in reopened cases and communicates them to management.
• Collaborates with Field Managers and Investigators to meet client specifications.
