Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional event production experience.
- Live events experience is required; virtual event experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
- Competent in Microsoft Office/Google Suite & Adobe Premiere.
- Experience with Adobe Full Suite and project management software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production tasks from start to finish for small market local events.
- Collaborate with the events team to research and build venue and vendor leads.
- Track and improve team efficiency and processes.
- Support the production team with on-screen graphics, audio tracks, and video editing.
- Perform relevant administrative tasks on-site and in virtual settings.
