Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a market access/reimbursement role, preferably for Medical Device.
• Certified Professional Coder certification or experience in billing/coding/revenue cycle management is highly desirable.
• Detailed knowledge of medical device billing, coding (e.g., CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10).
• Knowledge of payer coverage requirements, prior authorization, and claims process.

Responsibilities:

• Take initiative with Field Sales and the remedē Patient Access Program to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Educate hospitals/physician offices on coverage, coding and payment.
• Provide reimbursement support and assist patients with access and coverage.
• Work cross-functionally to obtain positive coverage decisions.
• Support policy efforts through participation in work groups and meetings.
