- 4-5 years of experience with Salesforce Administration and proven track record.
- Experience in the SaaS industry.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities:
- Help in overseeing the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
- Work with stakeholders and various teams to define system requirements and customize the Salesforce platform.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert including configuration, development, integration, and customization.
- Aid in curation and scalability of all supporting process and policy documentation.
- Assist with delivering training on all processes, policies, and best practices within the Postman Salesforce Instance.
- Implement and maintain integrations to related GTM tools.
- Perform unit/regression and user acceptance testing and change management.
- Conduct data migration, bulk upload, and bulk update using different tools.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and perform analysis of resulting data.
- Create flow automation for tasks, email alerts, field updates, etc.
- Assist in managing user roles, profiles, permissions, security controls, and shared settings.
- Review current processes and configurations and suggest improvements.
- Maintain technical design documentation based on requirements.
