Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
- Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local and global labor laws and compliance requirements such as EU Pay Transparency.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is preferred but optional.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to design competitive salary structures that align with company goals and market standards.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a structured job architecture, including job families, levels, and titles.
- Submit compensation data to industry surveys, analyze results, and apply insights.
- Support compliance with EU Pay Transparency regulations.
- Collaborate on salary reviews and bonus assessments.
- Address employee inquiries regarding compensation.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on compensation strategies.
- Continuously assess and enhance compensation processes.
