Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related HR role.
  • Strong expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of local and global labor laws and compliance requirements such as EU Pay Transparency.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar certification is preferred but optional.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining a structured job architecture, including job families, levels, and titles.

  • Address employee inquiries regarding compensation.
