Requirements:
- 4 - 6+ years of field sales experience to SLED accounts.
- Background in Cloud or SaaS sales preferred.
- Strong track record of success delivering business value.
- Familiarity selling open source technology is a plus.
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex sales-cycles and present to C-level executives.
- Close net new and existing accounts.
- Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Track customer details in Salesforce.
- Use a solution-based approach to selling.
- Promote and convey the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate resources.
