Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience required.
• 3+ years of experience within the observability space.
• Experience with containers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong desire to grow professionally and adapt.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
• Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, or Node.js (preferred).
• Knowledge of Operating Systems including Windows and Linux (preferred).
• Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred).
• Experience with modern technologies like Kubernetes, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Evangelize Dynatrace’s product offerings at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Partner with sales representatives to identify new and incremental sales opportunities.
• Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions.
• Present Dynatrace’s vision to C-suite executives.
• Provide technical guidance during sales cycle stages.
• Deliver on-stage demonstrations at marketing events.
• Gather customer feedback for product management.
• Share best practices and knowledge within the team.
• Work with local Sales and Engineering leadership on development opportunities.
• Create and modify presentations for specific customer needs.
• Support partners as a technical advisor.
