Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business or a related field.
• Workday certification in Integrations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM/Financials integrations.
• Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Workday integration projects from planning through execution.
• Design and develop integration solutions for Workday HCM and Financials.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and provide expert solutions.
• Ensure data integrity and seamless integration between Workday and other systems.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Assist the Integration team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
• Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants and clients.
