Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and at least 3+ implementations of Employee Central.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to meet business needs and HR goals.
  • Analyze business requirements and processes to provide expert solutions that align with strategic HR objectives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, processes, and protocols.
  • Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects current system functionalities and processes.
  • Stay updated with new functionalities and features within the SuccessFactors suite.
  • Lead upgrades and enhancements to ensure the system remains current and continues to meet business needs.
  • Support integration efforts with other systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
