Requirements:

• Experience in Data Analysis: 4-5 years of experience in leadership roles within data analysis.
• Strong expertise in data modeling and data visualization design, including advanced skills in Power Query/DAX.
• Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, and preparation techniques for high-quality data for analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including experience with AWS Athena / Azure Data Exporter.
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and API integration.
• Expertise in Power BI for report creation and management.
• Skilled in integrating third-party APIs and managing data flow, using tools like Postman.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data preparation and reporting.
• Effective at collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Strong logical and critical thinking skills.
• English – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced. Ukrainian – is a big plus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute data strategies and analytical best practices to drive insights that support revenue growth and operational optimization.
• Lead the design of new data-driven applications, select appropriate technologies, and approve technical solutions for project success.
• Oversee data governance, privacy, and compliance, performing quality checks on data integrity and ensuring adherence to data standards.
• Implement advanced data science and machine learning solutions, analyze campaign data, and offer optimization insights.
• Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and develop individual growth plans with regular skill assessments and support.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor team workflows, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous workflow improvements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues early in projects, and assist developers in problem-solving.
