Requirements:

• Solid technical know-how and practical experience as a leader.
• Strong project management skills, including Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with software development best practices including testing and code reviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment and resolving conflicts.
• Knowledge of the tech stack (React/Next.js, Python/Django, Postgres, Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support to enhance team performance.
• Promote a positive team culture and cohesion through team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Foster collaboration and communication among team members and other departments.
• Act as the primary contact for project updates and managing expectations.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and adopting new technologies.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-training to enhance team capabilities.
