Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Consulting roles, ideally in eCommerce, digital advertising, or SaaS.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned global enterprise brands, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Build and nurture long-term, high-value partnerships that drive both client success and Pacvue’s revenue growth.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices and performance optimization.
  • Analyze client data to uncover insights and recommend solutions aligning with business objectives.
  • Partner with clients on joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify areas for up-sell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
  • Regularly track and report on client performance, providing analysis to drive results.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest strategy adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences, influencing decisions.
  • Be a client advocate, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Negotiate and sign contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities.
