Requirements:

- Act as a strategic consultant to clients, offering expert guidance on eCommerce best practices and performance optimization.
- Analyze client data to uncover insights and recommend solutions aligning with business objectives.
- Partner with clients on joint strategy sessions, presenting data-driven recommendations.
- Identify areas for up-sell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs.
- Regularly track and report on client performance, providing analysis to drive results.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest strategy adjustments.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executive-level audiences, influencing decisions.
- Be a client advocate, ensuring their needs are met.
- Negotiate and sign contracts for renewals or expansion opportunities.
