Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting an Employee Relations Function.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources and employee relations principles and practices for Ireland and South Africa.
  • Strong preference for additional knowledge of guidelines in the United Kingdom.
  • Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Experience with performance management and employee relation processes for Ireland and South Africa; UK experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience promoting a vision into an executable strategy.
  • Ability to work across multiple businesses and partners effectively.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the ER business process in Ireland, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop strategies addressing employee concerns.
  • Provide support to managers and employees in relation to employee relations.
  • Implement best practices for managing supervisor issues and employee grievances.
  • Monitor risks, identify trends, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with leaders to address employee relations issues proactively.
  • Work with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leaders on relevant projects.
  • Assist managers with policy understanding and implementation.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
