Requirements:

• Experience & Background: At least 2-3 years experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking or high-technology company.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dissect problems, perform data analysis, and generate creative solutions.
• Extremely Organized: Capable of tracking outstanding items and strategically planning time to meet deadlines.
• Excellent Writer: Ability to write appropriately for different audiences and convey specific messages.
• Track Record of Execution: Reputation for getting things done and willingness to work hard.
• Experience with Senior Leadership: Previous work with leadership teams or senior managers.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects end-to-end and coordinating stakeholders.
• Operations: Proven experience in operations management.

Responsibilities:

• Driving Strategic Growth Initiatives: Design and execute strategies to drive growth, innovation, partnerships, and entry into new domains.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide analytical and strategic support for M&A, serving as confidante to the CEO and board.
• Capital Raising: Play a critical role in the ongoing $150m Series C capital raise, crafting pitches and negotiating deal terms.
• Financial and Analytical Decision Support: Partner with the CEO for financial analyses and investment evaluations.
• Board and Investor Engagement: Manage board relationships and liaise with investors to tie strategic choices with execution.
• Shaping the Company’s Future: Tackle high-stakes projects and solve complex problems to influence the organization’s direction.
• Leading Cross-Functional Initiatives: Manage diverse, high-impact projects across departments.
