Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in motion design and 2D animation, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with additional animation software (e.g., Toon Boom Harmony) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and typography.
• Ability to work in multiple artistic styles and adapt to project-specific requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve design and technical challenges.
• Ability to work well in a team and support other employees.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and designs for animated banners and icons that enhance user engagement.
• Utilize After Effects to animate graphics, ensuring smooth and visually appealing motion sequences.
• Design and prepare graphics in Photoshop for animation, maintaining high-quality visual standards.
• Adapt to various artistic styles to produce animations that fit different themes and project requirements.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate animations seamlessly into gaming platforms.
• Accept and incorporate feedback from peers and supervisors to refine animations and achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion design and animation.
