Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience breaking down usability problems and creating low fidelity wireframes, hierarchy, architectures before designing high fidelity prototypes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B SaaS product design is a plus.
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
- Experience with user testing platforms (Maze, UserBrain, etc.)
- Experience with user observation platforms (Clarity, Full Story, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Identify user experience challenges and develop creative, practical design solutions.
- Contribute to defining the product design vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with the overall business goals.
- Observe user behavior and conduct interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and UI elements that align with the company's brand and design language.
- Create high-fidelity, visually appealing, and brand-consistent designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a scalable and cohesive design system.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to deliver design solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Balance design goals with technical constraints, optimizing both usability and performance.
