Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner.
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including conflict resolution.
• Strong understanding of state, provincial, and federal employment laws.
• Experience managing and updating employee handbooks and HR policies.
• Proven ability to support leaders on performance and team dynamics.
• Experience creating and implementing Performance Improvement Plans.
• Experience in coordinating employee surveys and conducting interviews.
• Experience in supporting employee engagement and cultural initiatives.
• Proven ability in designing and delivering training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies.
• Resolve conflicts and grievances through fair investigations.
• Support leaders with performance issues and team dynamics.
• Analyze new hire satisfaction and exit interview feedback.
