Responsibilities:

• Deliver amazing service to patients through various communication channels.
• Support clinicians with patient coordination and improve provider workflow.
• Provide ongoing case management and review charts for appointment readiness.
• Answer user questions and assist with personalized online appointment booking.
• Ensure fulfillment of medical needs including lab orders and prescriptions.
• Triage calls from pharmacies, external providers, and insurance companies.
• Relay customer insights to support product development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
