Requirements:

• 7+ years of user research experience, ideally in a lead role with significant stakeholder engagement.
• Experience supporting growth and KPI-driven teams.
• Strong metrics focus and fluency in quantitative data.
• Confident in team leadership and guiding designers and PMs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships independently.
• Experience with moderated and unmoderated testing.
• Collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
• Interest in crypto or financial products.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the UX Research function for Consumer Growth, handling foundational and tactical projects.
• Conducting mixed-methods research including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
• Crafting research reports to communicate findings and design recommendations.
• Helping stakeholders translate insights into ideas for experiments and A/B tests.
• Synthesize qualitative research insights with data for growth metrics.
