Requirements:

• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, data infrastructure, and API integrations.
• Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
• Ability to understand customers’ technical requirements on an architectural level.
• Experience implementing proof of concepts with Aiven services.
• Knowledgeable of public clouds (AWS, Google, or Azure) in compute, storage, networking, and security.
• Proven experience in managing technical projects with a successful delivery track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for working with partners and commitment to their success.

Responsibilities:

• Guide new partners through the technical onboarding process.
• Assist partners in generating business to drive ARR growth.
• Oversee technical delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating team resources.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot issues for partners.
• Build strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain documentation.
