• Experience supporting online content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and understand storyboards, collaborating with Learning Designers for course building.
• Manage and organize media and written content assets.
• Create online courses on FutureLearn and other platforms.
• Perform administrative tasks on content management systems.
• Identify and manage risks affecting course delivery.
• Ensure course content accessibility for all users.
• Work with the Content team to publish courses on time while maintaining quality standards.
