Requirements:

• At least 4+ years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create compelling layouts and print designs.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• A collaborative and helpful attitude, in line with the team’s culture and agency values.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to meet deadlines consistently and follow internal processes.
• Eagerness to work with a team of creative professionals and clear communication skills in both verbal and written English.
• A growth mindset with the ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for brochures, print materials, and other marketing content.
• Ensure all designs align with clients’ brand guidelines and maintain high brand standards.
• Carefully review designs for errors and make necessary adjustments before sharing with the team.
• Suggest creative content and designs based on a thorough understanding of client objectives and needs.
• Ensure all work is developed and delivered on time, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Deliver design adaptations and assets that meet all technical specifications.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying new techniques to enhance designs.
