- Demonstrable experience of leading strategic communications projects, ideally multi-jurisdictional.
- Approximately 6+ years' experience working in a communications role, with some at the Manager level.
- Experience in vendor analysis, selection, and implementation for internal communications.
- Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English.
- Working knowledge of the professional services environment.
- Ability to work across different countries, recognizing cultural nuances.
- Capability to manage a busy workload with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable in a diverse, fast-paced, international business.
- Takes the lead in working with HR to establish a communications strategy for business change and people strategy initiatives.
- Owns and manages all internal communication channels and platforms.
- Collaborates with internal teams on firm-wide communications across various areas.
- Works closely with external PR agencies to manage and execute external communications.
- Supports key internal events and planning.
- Designs and rolls out a 'town-hall' programme for senior leadership updates.
- Proactively seeks to improve ways of working and suggests process improvements.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for external communications.
