Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience of leading strategic communications projects, ideally multi-jurisdictional.
  • Approximately 6+ years' experience working in a communications role, with some at the Manager level.
  • Experience in vendor analysis, selection, and implementation for internal communications.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and presentational skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of the professional services environment.
  • Ability to work across different countries, recognizing cultural nuances.
  • Capability to manage a busy workload with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a diverse, fast-paced, international business.
Responsibilities:
  • Takes the lead in working with HR to establish a communications strategy for business change and people strategy initiatives.
  • Owns and manages all internal communication channels and platforms.
  • Collaborates with internal teams on firm-wide communications across various areas.
  • Works closely with external PR agencies to manage and execute external communications.
  • Supports key internal events and planning.
  • Designs and rolls out a 'town-hall' programme for senior leadership updates.
  • Proactively seeks to improve ways of working and suggests process improvements.
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for external communications.
