🔍 Health & Human Services (HHS)
- Minimum five years’ experience and background in the public sector HHS consulting field and revenue generation required.
- In-depth knowledge of the government HHS landscape, procurement, public sector funding mechanisms, and challenges facing government agencies.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure and associated solutions is a plus.
- Experience selling large scale data and IT solutions at an enterprise level.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with or within a state HHS government agency is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred.
- Vision Casting: Continuously cast a compelling vision of the future for clients.
- Strategic Contracting: Decide on contract types that best fit the context.
- Industry Expertise: Maintain understanding of emerging trends affecting clients.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to extend and expand project work.

- Long-Term Planning: Maintain a long-term outlook on client relationships.
- Sales Partnership: Confirm proper hand-off from sales to delivery teams.
- Outcome Measurement: Define means of measuring outcome achievement.
