Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in a social science field such as survey methodology, psychology, sociology, public health, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate applied experience working with survey research projects or large datasets.
  • Knowledge of at least one or more statistical programming packages (R highly preferred).
  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to complete contracts on time and within budget.
  • Comfort with working on sensitive topics such as sexual assault.
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the design, development, and execution of large-scale surveys examining topics such as workplace climate and various forms of discrimination and harassment in the military.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and research goals while managing expectations and providing support across multiple projects.
  • Managing concurrent tasks, schedules, and deliverables to meet project goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and coordinating project deliverables.
  • Preparing and analyzing data, conducting descriptive and inferential analyses to identify patterns and solutions.
  • Preparing communications that summarize research methods and results for various audiences.
