Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design and Technology, Instructional Systems Technology, Educational Psychology and Technology, or a similar program.

Responsibilities:

• Intern will be assigned specific instructional design projects, including creating new e-learning courses and redesigning existing materials.
• They will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand content and learning objectives.
• Gain exposure to the Learning Management System (Cornerstone) for online learning.
• Participate in the initial stages of training requests to identify learner needs.
• Compile a portfolio showcasing projects completed during the internship.
