Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge in process modeling and modeling of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Minimum 1-year related experience in a Software development project.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, XML, XSD, SQL, and usability and accessibility aspects of Web applications is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Being involved in the whole life cycle of projects from a business perspective.
• Acting as a counterpart to the client’s Product Owner in the role of Business Analyst and Requirements Engineer.
• Conducting Software Testing, Technical Writing, Training, and assisting in Project tasks.
• Eliciting, analyzing, refining, and managing user and system requirements.
• Performing software application testing, documenting findings, and providing user training.
• Maintaining communication with clients and participating in project management and reporting activities.
