Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, strategic insights or similar role.
  • Significant experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Finance, or Management Consulting.
  • Analytical problem solver comfortable with complex opportunities.
  • Expertise in financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix environment.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn new processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales Leadership to design compensation and performance measures to drive productivity.
  • Conduct and define the design and operationalization of sales capacity and quota-carrying capacity.
  • Align company top-line metrics to Sales Targets and transform them into individual quotas.
  • Direct cross-functional meetings to report on compensation performance and provide strategic insights.
