Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to support recommendations with data.
• Experience in Agile product management and using JIRA (or equivalent) for backlog management.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Engineering and other Product leads to define technical and functional product requirements.
• Lead implementation and rollout, including stakeholder communication.
• Conduct business analysis activities such as creating and managing backlogs, epics, and user stories.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks and obstacles.
• Create alignment across work tracks and product/engineering teams with a shared product vision and roadmap.
