Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a tech leadership role such as CTO/CPO or Head of Engineering/Product.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar field.
• Technical architectural knowledge for designing scalable systems.
• Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management and solution architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, Docker, AWS, and Azure; Kubernetes experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ISMS and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001.
• Ability to lead intercultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficient command of spoken and written English; German proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Learn about the business and platform within the first month.
• Establish communication and understand company dynamics within three months.
• Manage product vision, oversee development, and maintain compliance within six months.
• Lead and guide engineering teams, ensuring collaboration and trust, and contribute to customer needs within twelve months.
