Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, focusing on customer marketing or engagement.

  • Proven experience in building customer marketing programs from scratch.
  • Expertise in building and managing customer communities and activating brand ambassadors.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health or healthcare software is a plus.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Drive programs that inspire customers to provide referrals, testimonials, and references.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
  • Create strategy for and lead customer engagement and communication initiatives, including in-person and virtual events.
  • Design and manage post-sale campaigns to promote cross-sell and upsell offers.
  • Build relationships with customers to develop customer-focused content like presentations and case studies.
  • Develop a framework for collecting and analyzing customer data to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Define, track, and report on customer marketing KPIs to measure marketing initiative impacts.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams for aligned communications.
  • Partner with Customer Success and RevOps to implement customer marketing technology solutions.
