Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of partner management experience in a high-growth organization.
  • 5 years of successful indirect sales experience, focused on software/services and cloud/SaaS.
  • Must reside in the East Coast, specifically in Baltimore, VA or Atlanta.
  • Strong relationship building and strategic planning abilities.
  • Understanding of contact center technologies and government sales is a plus.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to partners with technical orientation.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of fostering collaboration.
Responsibilities:
  • Primary relationship owner for AT&T in Eastern Region, building strategic account plans.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels to drive market strategy and revenue growth.
  • Oversee AT&T journey phases, including onboarding, engagement, and pipeline tracking.
  • Develop strategies aligned with partner sales and marketing for revenue generation.
  • Assist in developing go-to-market materials and increase ROI from marketing investments.
  • Support partners to sell Carbyne and manage sales campaigns effectively.
  • Collaborate with AT&T's technical teams to improve product and implementation.
  • Mentor and participate in meetings to support client relationships.
  • Forecast and manage opportunities to meet partner revenue goals.
