Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years’ experience as an administrative assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in any program.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in developing remote team relationships based on trust and accountability.
- Willingness to follow established policies and procedures.
- Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software.
- Self-discipline and problem-solving skills to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple job requests.
- Experience with data entry and CRM management.
- Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
- Academic training in accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the office manager.
- Request, receive, and organize client documentation while understanding various documents.
- Provide client support by emailing reports and invoices.
- Forward queries to relevant individuals and document updates via CRM.
- Update daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining organized soft files.
- Support ad hoc tasks as required by the business.
