Requirements:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years of professional work experience.
Minimum 4 years of project development experience in the renewable energy industry.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and market trends related to project development.
Experience with project agreements such as Module Supply Agreements, PPAs, and EPC contracts.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of successfully reaching notice-to-proceed (NTP).
Proficient in managing project budgets and schedules.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Lead and drive the development of large-scale renewable energy projects from initial project siting/acquisition through to construction.
Manage due diligence on portfolio acquisitions and identify opportunities and risks.
Structure transactions with co-development partners.
Oversee project pro-forma models and support negotiation of critical project agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants for project evaluation.
Manage relationships with technical consultants and land experts.
Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
