Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize workloads.
  • Ability to foresee consequences and employ good judgment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, outgoing team player that enjoys collaboration.
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership in all assignments.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with team members on various projects.
  • Prepares timely and accurate paperwork.
Responsibilities:
  • To design solar panel systems tailored to each customer.
  • Data entry and report generation for the sales team.
  • Be readily available when the sales team is running appointments.
  • Oversee the CAD process and manage multiple projects through all phases.
  • Serve as a liaison between field technicians, department management, government bodies, and customers.
  • Troubleshoot inquiries, ensuring proactive project completion on time.
  • Review and oversee completed plans and documentation for accuracy.
  • Monitor equipment production to ensure product integrity and meet overall project deadlines while driving sales and profitability.
