Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers via Intercom (chat and email) and occasional phone support.
- Seek to improve customer satisfaction with each conversation.
- Ensure recent updates are documented in internal systems and maintain communication with other departments.
- Attend scheduled meetings.
- Become a subject matter expert in one iVisa processing area and one iVisa product.
